The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, resourceful HR Executive who's excited to dive into both HR operations and people culture. This is an associate-level role , ideal for someone who is eager to learn, wants exposure across the full HR spectrum, and sees themselves growing into a future HR Manager within 5 years. You'll have guidance and mentorship, but also the independence to own processes, solve problems, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations while also helping shape the employee experience in Singapore and across our regional entities.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations (75%)

  • Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, work passes, MOM submissions, and offboarding.
  • Prepare HR letters, agreements, reports, and keep employee records accurate.
  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries (leave, benefits, policies, compliance).
  • Support in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.
  • Track headcount, reporting, and HR metrics across entities.

People & Culture (25%)

  • Organize team-building, engagement, and wellness activities.
  • Support quarterly company events and learning sessions.
  • Assist in rolling out surveys, feedback channels, and HR communications.
  • Partner with managers on training coordination and performance cycles.

What we're looking for

  • 1–5 years of HR experience (generalist, coordinator, or equivalent).
  • Familiar with Singapore HR practices and MOM requirements.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and independent — with the confidence to seek guidance when needed.
  • Great communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels.
