Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that excellent service is provided to customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
  • Assist in the overall management of Centre's operations including opening and closing procedures.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mails and courier consignments, which includes processing, sorting, packing and delivering; taking inventory of storage goods and ordering of general office supplies and packing materials.
  • Coordinate and work closely with Mail & Package Operations Dispatch on delivery schedules, provide support and identify solutions to resolve any problems.
  • Liaise with all internal departments and Mail & Package Operations Dispatch for urgent deliveries, monitor the flow and follow up if necessary.
  • Prepare and provide shipping quotations for walk in guests and stakeholders.
  • Cross training at Business Centre and to assist when needed.
  • To be competent at the cross trained location and adhere to the immediate manager's deployment arrangement.
  • To observe the requirements as listed in the Service Quality Review (SQR) checklist.
  • To be familiar with the offsite offices, TM will be required to go for offsite rounds with the Mail & Package Operations Dispatch when required.
  • Observe the workplace safety and health procedures when on duty.
  • Able to adapt to request for traffic management deployment when required for smooth event operation.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor / manager and head of department.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • O levels/Diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • Experience in or related industry is an advantage.

  • Pleasant personality and able to communicate with guests
  • Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift, long hours when necessary.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.
