We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the brand's sales and outlet operations. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, leading branch managers, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and inspire outlet teams to achieve sales KPIs.
  • Work with Branch Managers to hit outlet targets and grow revenue.
  • Mentor and develop staff to reach their full sales potential.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold service standards.
  • Build customer loyalty and resolve service issues effectively.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Business or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in sales & operations leadership (retail/wellness/service industry preferred).
  • Proven track record in driving sales performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales-driven, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
