
Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

- Primary Objective
- Handling marketing, relationship management and business development among the existing client base including defending and deepening the relationships as well as cross selling.
- Achieve various Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs") assigned on annual basis
- Growing market share and share of customers' wallet
- Identifying market opportunities
- Managing the loan asset quality of corporate loans.
- Assist in restructuring of NPL accounts (if applicable) including negotiation for repayment
- Deputize Team Head in his/her absence in coordinating the team members for any ad hoc Business-as-usual ("BAU") matters
- Assist Team Head in training junior relationship managers
- Key Responsibilities
- Actively acquire new corporate customers
- Review and manage accounts to be assigned/ brought in
- Increase new client base to meet the assigned target KPIs
- Increase utilization to enhance the Bank's share of wallet
- Proactively monitor credit quality through early problem loan recognition and implement appropriate strategies
- Perform credit reviews on a timely basis
- Client servicing
- Work on projects which may be assigned from time to time
- Assist in coaching team members
- Qualification & Experience
- Minimum [10] years working experience in financial institutions with exposure to Corporate Banking/ Credit risk management
- Possess good networking with corporates
- Good knowledge of banking products
