Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and consistently achieve or exceed booking, revenue, and profitability targets for the Business Unit's operations in Singapore.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, assess their requirements, and devise competitive strategies to secure profitable business opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts effectively while fostering strong relationships with both external clients and internal sales and service teams.
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales team to provide technical support and prepare compelling proposals, ensuring smooth order processing, project execution, and post-sales service in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
  • Lead collaboration with internal sales teams and involve Product Sales Specialists to enhance value propositions and customer engagement.
  • Understand customer requirements to identify and capitalize on additional business opportunities across the full range of products and service offerings.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on hunting and developing new customers and markets.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, business
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, with customer based in Chemical/Petrochemical/Jurong Island customers.
