Job Responsibilities:

· Understand market and customer needs that align with the company's product values.

· Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, and promptly develop comprehensive customer profiles.

· Develop and execute sales plans based on annual targets, achieve sales goals, promptly follow up on payments, and ensure timely cash flow.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential market share and monitor competitors closely.

· Coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth processing of sales orders, including pre-sales, sales, after-sales service, and handling customer complaints.

·       Maintain communication with customers and end-users, providing updated information and necessary documentation as required.

· Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and other related tasks to ensure timely progress.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Engineering related field.

· Fresh graduates will be considered.

·       Strong communication skills to collaborate across functions.

· Competent in computer skills, including MS Office and relevant software.
