Position: L1 to 1.5 Helpdesk Engineer (Onsite Night Hours Job Required) (Urgent ASAP) (Multiple Pax)
Location: Commonwealth (5 Mins Walk from MRT)
Basic: $$2600-$2900 Max Capped (Subject to Qualified Hands-on Experiences & Competency Level)
Additional Fixed Shift Allowances: +$200
Working Hours: 24 x 7 (Eg: 8pm-8am) (1 Person Duty Per Shift) (Govt Project)

Talent Competency Wise
- Preferably with IT background with experience in Level 1/1.5 Helpdesk Support
- Conversant in spoken and written English, possess positive work attitude.
- Apply basic helpdesk etiquette in dealing with users via calls or emails.
Experience in working with and using:
Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) or Integrated Ticket Service Management (ITSM) Tool
- Microsoft Outlook and Email
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Job Scope & Requirement Wise
- Raise the tickets into the ticket management system (ServiceNow).
- Some basic triaging.
- Assign the ticket status and provide an update to the ticket requestor.
- Please support any ticket-related report/stats generation as and when needed.
