Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the leasing team to execute effective leasing strategies.
  • Maximise rental yields and maintain high occupancy levels across properties.
  • Identify and secure new tenants through market research and networking.
  • Manage lease renewals, tenancy mix, and negotiations with tenants and agents.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and prepare rental budgets and forecasts.
  • Oversee and approve all leasing documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in retail leasing.
  • Proven track record in marketing and leasing retail properties.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
