Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Leasing Manager – Office Leasing (1 year contract role).

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

  • Leasing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and rental income.
  • Formulate tenant mix plans aligned with asset positioning and market demand.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform leasing decisions.
  • Tenant Engagement & Negotiation
  • Identify and secure suitable tenants through active prospecting and networking.
  • Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and manage documentation including Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants and real estate agents.
  • Portfolio & Performance Management
  • Manage a portfolio of office properties, ensuring high occupancy and rental yield.
  • Monitor leasing performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with property management and development teams on tenant fit-outs and handovers.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure leasing activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Submit monthly leasing and occupancy reports.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with rental revenue projections.

To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial office leasing.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage leasing strategies and lead teams.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's commercial real estate market and leasing regulations
  • Valid CEA licence
