- Responsible for all leasing portfolio which include handle lease negotiations for new leases and renewals for portfolio assigned
- Plan and implement the tenancy mix for malls
- Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into different properties
- Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry
- Develop leasing strategies and recommendations based on market insights to attract and retain tenants
- Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters
- Review and recommend position and tenancy mix of new and existing properties
- Prepare annual budget and forecast for properties assigned
- Establish strong network with retailers and tenants

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity in the retail industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Possess good network of tenants and contacts
- Possess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a team player
- Understand the real estate and retail industries
- Strong report writing and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and an eye for details
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
