Central Region, Singapore WPS Property Management Pte Ltd Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

The incumbent will be employed under the Work+Store entity to support its day-to-day operations and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Overall responsible for Tenancy Matters and Lease Management for Self-Storage tenants.

·       Site Management and ensure Compliance to Authorities regulations.

·       Formulate strategies which encompass rental review

·       Negotiate the renewal of Tenancy Agreements.

·       Perform Credit Analysis on customers

·       Develop and maintain strong Landlord-Tenant relationship.

·       Responsible for Rental Collection and monitor Credit Control of Tenants

·       Liaise with Legal Department on Legal Cases

·       Handover/Takeover of leased units

·       Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

·       Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Project and Facilities Management / Business Administration / Marketing

·       Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably managing Industrial/Commercial rental portfolio

·       Bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin speaking clients)

·       Pleasant and cheerful personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Excellent organizational skills and able to work under pressure.

·       A meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt

·       Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

·      Ability to work in a team
