We are seeking a proactive and business-driven Leasing Executive to manage retail leasing activities and drive occupancy for the assigned properties. This role involves strategizing tenant mix, securing new leases, and nurturing relationships with tenants and property agents to optimize mall performance.

Our client is a well-established property management and retail development group known for its vibrant portfolio of retail and commercial spaces across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute leasing strategies to achieve optimal trade mix and occupancy targets.
  • Source, negotiate, and secure new leases while managing renewals and lease documentation.
  • Identify potential tenants and liaise with property agents to generate leads and close deals.
  • Conduct viewings, prepare leasing proposals, and deliver presentations to prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lease administration and support marketing events.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of leasing experience, preferably in retail or F&B sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
