About the role

Mas Investments Pte Ltd, a leading property development and investment company, is seeking a talented Marketing Executive/Business Development to join our dynamic team. This full-time role, based in the Orchard Central Region, will play a crucial part in driving the success of our retail and property development projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our properties and drive leasing/sales targets
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients, tenants, and industry partners
  • Coordinating and participating in property exhibitions, events, and networking activities
  • Preparing compelling sales and marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and digital content
  • Providing support in the negotiation and closing of leasing and sales agreements
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the property management, finance, and design teams

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in property marketing, sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of successfully marketing and leasing commercial or retail properties
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation
