Travel: Local and overseas travel as per business requirements.
Role Overview:
Our Business Development Manager role requires the successful candidate to be a driven professional with a passion for energy and engineering solutions. We seek an experienced BD Manager to lead and expand our footprint in the EPCC-Turnkey, EPCC-Electromechanical Packages, EPCC-Analytical Systems and Life Cycle Services solution.
Pre-requisite:
· Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Business Administration, or a related field academic qualification.
· Experience:
- Proven track record in business development within energy, EPCC, and related industries
· Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of EPCC-Turnkey, EPCC-Electromechanical Packages, and EPCC Process & Environmental Analytical Systems.
· InterpersonalSkills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Work Style:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexibility:
Willing to travel as necessary to meet project requirements.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities across EPCC and Life Cycle Service sectors.
Building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence.
Developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
Leading Sales, Proposal and Tender development with target prospects.
Collaborating with Engineering Design, Supply & Value Chain, and Project Execution teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
