Job Scope:
- Develop effective logistics solutions to meet customer needs.
- Support project handovers and occasionally lead cross-functional supply chain implementations.
- Manage sales leads, tenders, and RFQs.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients and identify opportunities for new business.
- Lead the operations team in handling customer inquiries and service delivery.
- Monitor service performance and work with teams and suppliers to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and perform ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- Candidates with Business Development experience either from Air or Sea Freight background are welcome to apply.
