Guest Services Officer

The Guest Services Officer/Executive plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for all guests. This position requires individuals to handle guest arrivals, departures, and requests efficiently while projecting a positive image of the hotel. With empowerment and accountability, you will also manage guest feedback and irregularities, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests at every point of contact.
- Manage check-in, check-out, and related guest services with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and an enhanced guest experience.
- Handle guest concerns, irregularities, and feedback promptly, ensuring effective service recovery.
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
- Assist in creating a welcoming lobby atmosphere, monitoring activity, and anticipating guest needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel industry. Candidates with internship experience are welcomed.
- Strong passion for guest satisfaction with a positive and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, engaging personality.
- Flexibility to perform rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, overnight) across a 5-day workweek.
