Join a globally minded as a Senior Specialist, Compensation, with a focus on ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation strategies across Asia.

You will drive compensation benchmarking, support regional pay programs, manage annual cycles, and oversee the Global Rewards & Recognition Program.

This position plays a key role in aligning local practices with global standards while promoting a culture of performance and appreciation.

Responsibilities

  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct salary benchmarking and maintain competitive salary ranges across Asia.
  • Program Design & Support: Support base pay, incentives, and region-specific compensation programs.
  • Data & Reporting: Ensure accurate compensation data and deliver key insights for decision-making.
  • Compliance: Align pay practices with labor laws, tax requirements, and corporate policy.
  • Collaboration: Advise HRBPs, TA, and Finance teams on compensation matters.
  • Annual Cycle Management: Drive merit reviews, bonus cycles, and salary structure reviews.
  • Rewards & Recognition: Manage and improve the global platform to drive engagement and cultural alignment.
  • Project Involvement: Support pay equity, systems enhancements, career frameworks, and training.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in compensation, ideally in regional/global roles.
  • Expertise in Asian compensation practices (e.g., China, India, Japan, SEA).
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems (Workday, SAP).
  • Strong analytical, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Familiar with survey providers (Mercer, Radford, WTW); CCP certification is a plus.
  • Experience in rewards programs and supporting expat/mobility programs is strongly preferred.
