Summary:

  • Location: Central

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with agents, principals, charterers, masters, and vessel owners to ensure smooth vessel operations.
  • Arrange and oversee berthing, unberthing, and vessel movements in compliance with port schedules.
  • Monitor cargo loading and discharging to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Manage port clearance and vessel formalities using Port Net, Marinet, and ICA systems.
  • Prepare and process vessel documentation, reports, and statutory forms in line with maritime regulations.
  • Issue and verify Bills of Lading and maintain accurate operational records for stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Able to work on a flexible 24/7 schedule to accommodate vessel berthing at any time.
  • Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply
