Job Description:

  • Operations Management – Handle day-to-day import and transshipment operations for both sea freight and airfreight.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Liaise with vendors, shipping lines, customers, and overseas agents via email and phone.
  • Customer Support – Manage enquiries, provide quotations, and resolve shipment-related issues.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Prepare, process, and verify accuracy of shipping documents.
  • Coordination – Work with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of goods.
  • Invoicing – Prepare and issue invoices within stipulated deadlines.
  • Team Support – Assist management with ad-hoc duties and projects as required.
