About the Roles

We're looking for a Logistics/Shipping Coordinator (Import & Export Documentation) to join a General Wholesale Trade company located in Aljunied, just 8 minutes' walk from the MRT. This is a permanent position offering a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM; Saturday, 9AM–1PM with one Saturday off per month) and a competitive package with Basic Salary and Performance Bonus. What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and process all import and export shipping documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations with freight forwarders, agents, couriers, and transport service providers.
  • Monitor and track shipment progress, ensuring prompt updates are shared with relevant internal teams.
  • Prepare, check, and verify shipping paperwork to meet compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Support the logistics and shipping departments with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as required by management.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in logistics coordination or shipping documentation is preferred.
  • Good understanding of import/export procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational abilities with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external parties.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with logistics or shipping systems.
