About the Roles

We are seeking a Logistics/Shipping Coordinator (Import & Export Documentation) to join our team in Aljunied, just 8 minutes' walk from the MRT. This permanent, full-time role operates on a 5.5-day work week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (one Saturday off per month). The position offers a competitive salary package, including a basic salary and performance bonus, providing an excellent opportunity in the wholesale trade industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage all shipping documentation for both import and export operations.
  • Track shipments and provide timely status updates to internal teams.
  • Coordinate daily logistics activities with freight forwarders, agents, couriers, and transport providers.
  • Prepare, verify, and review shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy.
  • Provide general administrative support to the shipping and logistics team.
  • Take on additional related duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

  • A diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination is preferred.
  • Familiarity with import/export processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant logistics/shipping systems.
