Coordinate import and export logistics with freight forwarders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Prepare and manage full sets of shipping documentation in compliance with international shipping and customs regulations.
- Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving any logistics or shipping issues.
- Understanding and ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and company procedures.
- Support incoming shipments by verifying physical goods and placing them in designated storage locations.
- Assist in picking and packing of outgoing shipments.
- Generate shipping instructions and support logistics operations, including Oracle system invoicing and documentation.
- Perform other shipping-related administrative tasks as needed.

Carry out any ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or related fields.
- Experience handling shipping documentation and coordinating with freight forwarders.
- Solid working knowledge of Incoterms is an advantage.
- Familiarity and experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Highly meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
