We are recruiting a Logistics & Shipping Coordinator to join our existing team, the incumbent is required to perform and provide operation support on preparing the shipping documents/information for orders as required.

**Role**:

- Review and check all Shipping requirements are in order and complete.
- Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, beneficiary certificates and other documents as stipulated in customer's orders or L/C.
- Prepare Tax Invoices, Credit Notes and GST filling.
- Follow up and update Accounts Receivable on payment status.
- Compile and update freight rates & quotation. Liaise with Forwarders for shipping booking and arrangement according to order due date.
- Verify freight & contractors' invoices & resolve issues with them.
- Update consignment stock movement and c oordinate incoming shipments and arrange clearance. Respond to customer's enquiries on shipment related matters
- Coordinate with warehouse for packing details, completion of date -code and submission to QC dept.
- Match billing of order against Commercial Invoice.
- Engage in any other activities and quality initiatives/projects requested by Supervisor.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma or higher in Logistics / Supply Chain
- At least 2 years of working knowledge on shipping documentation and requirements.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and using excel formula.
