About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales & Business Development professional to promote our passive cooling and energy-saving materials (including coatings, films, and panels) across Singapore and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will help expand our market presence, develop partnerships, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and develop clients in Singapore and other south-asia countries.
  • Lead project tenders, quotations, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Build partnerships with relevant parties, such as developers, and contractors.
  • Support technical teams with after-sales and customer feedback.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions (such as, BEX Asia, BuildTech Asia) and prepare marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in construction, green building, or material technology).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with Singapore construction and tender processes.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written); ability to read Chinese documents will be considered an advantage.
  • Independent, proactive, and willing to travel regionally (average 1–2 trips per month).
  • Experience with Green Mark / SGBC projects is an advantage.
  • Proactive in exploring new markets and generating leads through suitable business resources and networks.
