The Opportunity:

- Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and and they are looking for Technical Solutions Manager (Cybersecurity) to join the Team A great opportunity to work with the company who value diversity, lifelong learning and individual development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor presales, post-sales, and maintenance engineering teams.
- Plan and allocate resources to support existing and newly onboarded product lines.
- Set objectives, monitor performance, and guide team development.
- Enhance efficiency and service quality through improved strategies, tools, and processes.
- Oversee successful delivery of cybersecurity and network monitoring solutions.
- Serve as escalation point for complex issues and build lasting customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Min. 5-8 years' experience in cybersecurity and network monitoring, managing presales, post-sales, and technical support teams with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity products and networking concepts
- Certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CCNP, CCIE), ITIL knowledge, and experience in cybersecurity or managed services.
