We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to support our global business development strategy. This role involves managing key customer accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and executing sales initiatives to drive revenue growth in the contract manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute global and regional sales strategies to meet growth targets.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Drive new business acquisition in target markets and industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, operations) to develop and deliver customer solutions.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our brand and solutions.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in contract manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing key accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
