Adecco is partnering with a global leader in lift and escalator solutions, specializing in innovative vertical transportation systems for various industries, with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and advanced engineering excellence.

They are looking for a Senior Service Contract Executive to join their growing team. You will be supporting the Head of Portfolio in managing service contracts within the Service Department, including all commercial and billing matters related to Existing Installations. The Job

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing effective maintenance solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate maintenance contract proposals including pricing, terms, and legal conditionswhile participating in open tenders and ensuring timely, compliant submissions.
  • Act as the bridge between commercial and operations teams to align service delivery with contractual commitments and optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business growth opportunities and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Prepare key sales and performance reports (e.g., VFO, Unit Losses, Conversion Report, P21) and ensure adherence to company norms, policies, and sales process requirements.

The Talent

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in service sales, contract management, or customer relationship roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of work experience in service operations in lifts & escalator (preferred) or other relevant experience
