As a Senior / Executive (Operations, Home Medical Services), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the Home Medical service to ensure efficiency, quality care, and optimal utilization of resources.
  • Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and contractual management of Home Medical doctors.
  • Manage doctors' daily schedules, lab test orders, and administrative systems, including scheduling software.
  • Handle and resolve feedback or complaints related to Home Medical services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze doctors' performance and service utilization; forecast demand for future service needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of doctors' credentials (e.g. SMC certificates, BCLS, malpractice insurance) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and support the Home Medical Operations Team, ensuring adequate staffing and operational continuity.
  • Organize Continuing Professional Events (CPE), multidisciplinary meetings, and support research and conference activities.
  • Manage contracts, licensing, and accreditation processes in compliance with AIC, MOH, and HCSA requirements.

  • Drive operational improvement projects and support initiatives such as TeleHealth and Home Care Satisfaction Surveys.

  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Science or Healthcare related
  • Possess working experience in operations project managwmenr or healthcare setting, will be preferred.
