Senior/ Assistant Manager, Clinical Services

You will be responsible for the following:
Provide administrative support for clinical programmes (e.g. Dementia, Geriatrics and Mental Health) driven by the department of Clinical Services:
Programme development, contract management, budgeting, meeting arrangements
- Coordination of training needs and sessions
- Timely submissions of programme reports, claims and data
- Programme evaluation
- Collaborating with senior clinicians, internal and external stakeholders on processes and workflows, teaching/training sessions.
- Data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and ensuring accuracy/integrity of data outcomes
- Reviewing clinical policies and documents.
- Secretariat support to department and senior management meetings including minutes writing.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Note: This is a fully administrative role with no patient-fronting duties.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical services, clinical programmes
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills
- Possess good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and good organizational skills
- Able to multi-task and work under tight timelines
- Proficient with MS Office applications, with intermediate-advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. PivotTables, etc.)
- Experience in data analytical tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence would be advantageous
