Patient Service Associate/ Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Perform front-desk duties such Patient Registration, Booking Appointments, Dispensing Medicine, Billing and Payment Collection
  • Attend to enquiries
  • Assist Doctors with chaperone and simple procedures
  • Administrative duties such as claims submission, stock take and Clinic audit
  • Deliver high quality of patient care experience
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'O' levels or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent customer-service mindset
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
  • Candidates with more experience may be appointed to a senior role.
  • Full Time and Part Time role available.
  • Able to commit over the weekends and night sessions.
  • Candidates with more years of experience can be consider as Patient Service Supervisor/ Assistant Service Supervisor.
