Patient Service Associate (6 Months Contract – Extendible)

A well-established and leading Healthcare company is looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join us in delivering accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare. In this role, you will play a key part in providing a positive and seamless experience for our patients, from registration to discharge.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Registering of patients, verifying personal and appointment details, and managing patient flow efficiently
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments using the clinic systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle billing transactions, process payments, and assist with financial counselling or Medisave-related enquiries when needed
  • Attend to patient enquiries and concerns, both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain accurate patient records, prepare necessary documentation, and support the clinical team in daily administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Min. N/O 'Levels required
  • On-The-Job Training will be provided
