About the Role:

As a Patient Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients at our polyclinics, assisting them with registration, appointment scheduling, payments, and general enquiries. You will also promote and educate patients on available health services and programmes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every visitor.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to patients' queries and assist with registration, appointment scheduling, and payments.
  • Help patients navigate the polyclinic services and resolve any challenges.
  • Promote health services and educational programmes to patients.
  • Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional frontline service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support administrative and operational activities as required.

Skills & Attributes:

  • GCE 'A', 'O', 'N' Level or NITEC qualification.
  • Pleasant, approachable, and professional disposition.
  • Team player with a passion for service excellence.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Locations:

Openings are available at Ang Mo Kio, Hougang, Kallang, Geylang, Toa Payoh, Woodlands, Yishun, Khatib, Sembawang, Serangoon or etc.
