As a Assistant Manager (Clinical Service Planning), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support Clinical and Division Leads in developing and enhancing clinical service plans through facilitation, admin support, and timeline management.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders for outreach and collaboration.
  • Assist with horizon scanning, data gathering, and care path mapping to inform service planning.
  • Drive multidisciplinary integration, interdepartmental collaboration, and cross-sector partnerships.
  • Draft and implement cross-institution collaboration agreements.
  • Monitor health trends and national strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Promote collaboration across clinical departments and community partners to support value-based care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of unified care approach and integrated care units.
  • Organise meetings, manage logistics, and provide secretariat support, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any field of studies.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience in clinical workflows and hospital operations will be advantageous.
