About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Clinic Assistant to be part of our dynamic healthcare team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations — from patient registration and appointment coordination to medication dispensing, stock management, and supporting clinical services such as radiology and preventive care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately register patients, verify TPA details, and process claims (TPA/CHAS/Medisave) in the Plato system.
  • Prepare and handle referral/order forms, blood tubes, and lab coordination efficiently.
  • Support daily clinic operations, including radiology preparation, dispensary tasks, and patient care services.
  • Monitor and manage clinic inventory — restock supplies, track expiry dates, and coordinate with vendors to ensure readiness and patient safety.
  • Flag workflow issues and contribute to process improvements for better efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide a welcoming and professional patient experience, understanding how every action impacts overall clinic performance.
