Recently opened GP Clinic located at Boon Lay Drive. Low patient load. Office hours, no nights.

Must be fluent in both English and Chinese; dialects preferred

Must be able to use computers well

Mon - Fri 8am -12.30pm, 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Sat 8am - 1pm
No nights

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
- Perform front desks duties - registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.
- Cashiering duties - payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
- Dispensary
- Clinical duties - assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory - Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.
- Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.

**Requirements**:

- Should have a minimum GCE N, O levels
- Prior experience as clinic assistant or clinic manager will be an advantage.
- Able to converse fluently in English, Mandarin
- Computer literacy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Service oriented and a good team player
- Hardworking and willing to learn

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month
