Overview:

This role involves providing administrative support for clinical programs. You have the opportunity to work closely with senior clinicians and various stakeholders to support the smooth execution and evaluation of clinical programmes. This is a fully administrative role with no patient-fronting duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for clinical programs, including program development, contract management, budgeting, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate training needs and sessions.
  • Manage timely submission of program reports, claims and data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with senior clinicians, internal and external stakeholders on processes, workflows and training sessions.
  • Extract, clean, analyse and report data to support program outcomes.
  • Review clinical policies and documents.
  • Provide secretariat support for department and senior management meetings, including minutes writing.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical services or program administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Good critical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous, able to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in data analytical tools (e.g. Oracle Business Intelligence) will be an advantage.
