Senior/ Assistant Manager, Clinical Services

Responsibilities:
  • Support administrative functions for various clinical programs, including Dementia, Geriatrics, and Mental Health, under the Clinical Services department.
  • Manage program development, budget oversight, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate training sessions and assess training needs within the organization.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, claims, and relevant data for program evaluation.
  • Collaborate with senior clinicians and stakeholders to enhance processes and workflows, including organizing teaching and training sessions.
  • Conduct data extraction, cleaning, and analysis while maintaining accuracy and integrity of results.
  • Review and contribute to clinical policies and documents.
  • Provide secretariat support for departmental and senior management meetings, including minute-taking.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical services or related clinical programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with data analytical tools, such as Oracle Business Intelligence, is a plus.
