The Opportunity:
  • Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for a Programme Manager (Public Sector), who Responsible for driving and managing IT service continuity and change management projects, ensuring efficient delivery, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven improvements in service performance.
  • Role will start off as a 12 months contract assignment.
The Job:
  • Oversee and coordinate issue resolution, change requests, and problem management in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Lead and execute projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, governance, and service quality are maintained.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to define project scope, develop actionable plans, and implement effective solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Collect, interpret, and consolidate data from multiple sources to produce insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Identify and drive improvements in service operations and delivery through strategic analysis and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT service continuity and change management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and sound knowledge of ITIL v4 best practices (preferred).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to assess and present service performance outcomes.
