Job Responsibilities
1. Programme Administration & Reporting
- Perform due diligence compliance checks and ensure documentation aligned with programme guidelines and standards through structured review.
- Leverage on data analytics and analytical thinking to identify discrepancies.
- Manage inbound enquiries and provide accurate, timely information via email and phone, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Deliver clear guidance on programme requirements and documentation milestones to both individuals and organisations.
- Coordinate follow-ups and reminders to ensure all documentation are in good order to achieve the stipulated programme's service levels.
- Maintain and update programme databases with accuracy, timeliness, and standardisation to support effective decision-making.
- Assist with the preparation of dashboards and management reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
2. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including Workforce Singapore (WSG), to resolve cases effectively and ensure alignment with programme's parameters.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication through various channels.
3. Programme Outreach
- Support the organisation of outreach sessions to generate awareness of the programme.
- Proactively follow-up with companies who have attended the outreach sessions to increase conversion rates.
4. Team Collaboration
- Contribute to team discussions, planning sessions, and problem-solving efforts.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve operational efficiency and customer experiences.
Job RequirementsFunctional & Technical Skills
- Digital Tools Proficiency: Microsoft Office 360, especially Excel (functions/formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts).
- AI and Data Analytics: Ability to apply data analytics, and leverage on AI tools to enhance productivity and support data-driven decisions.
- Managing large amounts of documentation and data: Ideally 2 - 3 years of experience.
Communication & Engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective stakeholder engagement across diverse groups.
- Confident in presentation and decision-making.
Interpersonal & Soft Skills
- Team player: Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful.
- Independent contributor: Capable of delivering outcomes autonomously.
- Customer service orientation: Customer service-oriented and capable in managing relationships with companies and individuals via calls/face-to-face meetings.
