Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating community programmes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to expand programme reach and impact.
  • Develop measurement frameworks and indicators to assess programme effectiveness and provide evidence-based reporting.
  • Manage procurement and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance and Procurement, to ensure proper resource allocation and adherence to organisational processes.
  • Support overall programme operations, planning, and administration to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Sport Science & Management, Social Work, Sociology, or relevant disciplines.
  • Experience in programme coordination, community outreach, or project management; experience in the social service sector is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of programme design, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's sports or social service ecosystem is a plus.
  • Singaporeans only.
