We are looking for a Programme Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of seamless and impactful programmes and events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of high-profile programmes in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

As a Programme Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Programme Administration & Logistics: Manage registrations, handle participant queries, arrange room set-ups, catering, and other logistical details.
  • Procurement & Billing: Oversee procurement processes, manage billing, and ensure smooth financial arrangements for programmes.
  • Coordination & Communication: Work with both internal teams and external partners to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Speaker & Guest Engagement: Coordinate speaker schedules, assist with travel arrangements, and support guest engagements.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, take minutes, assist with data compilation, and support with any ad-hoc administrative duties.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: At least a Polytechnic graduate with 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a programme or event management role.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and virtual tools (Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Attributes:
