We are expanding our international presence and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Technical Programme Manager (TPM) to join our team in Singapore.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong, solutions-focused professional to play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of next-generation electrical systems for large-scale data centre projects. About the Role

The Electrical TPM will oversee the full lifecycle of electrical system design, implementation, and commissioning for cutting-edge data centre programmes. You'll combine deep technical understanding with strong programme management skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex, mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of next-generation electrical systems and infrastructure for data centres.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to integrate new technologies into design solutions.
  • Produce system-level concepts, schematic designs, and detailed documentation.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders across design, construction, facilities, and EHS disciplines.
  • Oversee vendor management, ensuring delivery quality, cost control, and schedule performance.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including design reports, budgets, schedules, and commissioning plans.
  • Review design drawings and Revit models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project milestones.
  • Drive innovation through automation tools, process improvements, and proprietary design standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical and programme issues, ensuring successful project outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in programme management of electrical systems, infrastructure, or large-scale construction (data centre experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical system design, commissioning, and operations.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and design review processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing proprietary standards or working in fast-paced product development environments is advantageous.
