As HR Business partner, this role demonstrates a strong commitment to providing the highest quality generalist advice, coaching and support to the Company's manager and team members. A key face of HR, the role covers all areas of HR for the business unit portfolios assigned to you and functional groups, with particular focus on performance management, compliance & core HR processes.

  • Reporting to Senior HR Manager, you need to facilitate and implement proactive HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's business expansion plan.
  • Lead and manage full spectrum of HR functions. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to recruitment and selection, learning & development, performance management, employee engagement, labor relations, talent management and succession planning.
  • You need to provide insights and work alongside with the HR strategic planning team to review, develop and implement HR policies and processes, guidelines to align with business objectives and local statutory requirements.
  • Partnering with the business stakeholders to manage manpower planning, recruitment, interview and selection. Implement and oversee on-boarding programme.
  • Work in partners with, provide advice, support and guide operational leaders to achieve company objectives and goal.
  • Maintain manpower records and compile statistical reports required by the Company. Analyze manpower statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of issues and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's policies and practices.
  • Monitor and keep track of manpower budgets.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder graduated from a recognized institution in related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR generalist experience combined with HR qualifications – combination of education and direct experience in Human Resources
  • A strong understanding of the HR legislation and requirements. Specifically, knowledge of lawful employment practices & compliance.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, distribution/FMCG industry (or similar)
  • Experience in developing, implementing and monitoring propgrammes, policy and processes improvement.
  • Broad knowledge of and experience with a wide array of HR porgramme and practices including employment law, compensation, performance management & coaching, employee relations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
