Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

1.Execute, advise and negotiate on project finance, leveraged finance or fund finance deals. Manage portfolio and customer relationship on a daily basis.
2.Liaise with external and internal relevant stakeholders, assess risk factors and provide possible solutions.
3.Structure and handle financing solutions tailored to specific needs of clients.
4.Prepare credit applications (quantitative and qualitative client analysis), credit renewal and undertake periodic review of assigned portfolio.
5.Active management of the overall risk profile of assets throughout project life,including ongoing monitoring of client and project conditions, proactive risk identification, recommendation of risk mitigants, and management reporting.
6.Assist in industry related research and strategy exercises such as development of new growth areas, country strategies and industry benchmarking.
Requirements
1. At least 3 years' relevant experience in corporate banking and related industry preferred.
2. Demonstrate good knowledge of corporate bank products, especially project finance, leveraged finance or fund finance preferred.
3.Longer experience or expertise in corporate relationship management, project finance, leveraged finance, or fund finance will be prioritized.
