The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mid and/or large corporate clients and provide world class banking service across Singapore and SEA.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Team Lead to develop strategies to grow the portfolio and achieve business targets.
Hunt new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships.
Demonstrate strong understanding of the market and industries to drive high quality deal execution from initial contact to completion.
Support team leadership activities and provide mentorship where required.
Conduct regular client meetings to review financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
At least 8-10 years experience in a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager role.
Strong hunting track record and willingness to develop new business.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of the corporate banking product suite, including lending and non-lending solutions.
Strong commercial acumen and people skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a desire to lead and mentor (advantageous, not mandatory)
