Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and maintain payroll records, reports, and reconciliations.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Manage statutory contributions, including CPF, SDL, and taxes, ensuring timely submission.
- Assist with payroll audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with finance and HR teams to resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
- Support HR operations including leave management, employee records, and HR reporting.
- Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
- Prepare HR documentation, contracts, and internal communications.
- Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisal follow-ups.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
- Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing and general HR administration.
- Knowledge of local employment laws, CPF, SDL, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in payroll software and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
