**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Manage monthly payroll computation and CPF processing, timely submission of data to Finance
- Monitor unpaid leave days, overtime hours to ensure validation of payroll accuracy
- Generate monthly payroll/HR reports as required to HQ
- Maintain up to date employee records in HR system
- Process year end IR8E tax and IR21 tax clearance for foreign workers
- Leave management in system
- Submit NS Makeup Pay Claim (NS Portal)
- Liaise with insurer for medical related claims and workmen compensation claims
- Facilitate recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding process
- P-file filing - Maintains employee file
- All other ad-hoc administrative duties as & when required
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in business/accounting/human resource or an equivalence in working experiences.
- Possess 1 year of relevant experience handling work pass/ payroll matters
- MS Excel skills and experience in using Payroll software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Good team player
- Meticulous and detailed
