Preparing and processing monthly payroll, including managing leave, overtime, and other payroll-related activities
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a HR and/or payroll role, preferably in the accounting or logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes, as well as relevant Singapore labour laws and regulations
- Proficient in using payroll and HR management software
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
