**Job Title: HR / Payroll Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR / Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including payroll management, employee records, benefits administration, and tax processing. You will also work closely with government agencies to process work passes and NS payments, as well as assist with training and other administrative duties as needed. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and process monthly payroll, employee records, leave, benefits, and income tax matters.
- Support training initiatives and assist in employee development programs.
- Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and other HR-related duties.
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ‘O’ Level, Nitec, or ITE qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR-related role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Highly resourceful, meticulous, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

**Additional Information**:

- **Work Location**:West (Tuas South)
- **Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM (5-day work week)
- **Transportation**:Pick-up from Tuas West Road MRT station provided.
