**Position Summary**
We are looking for a HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to manage and assist in activities related to Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities include processing payroll, managing annual performance review, assisting in recruitment activities and creating & updating HR policies. To be successful in this role, the incumbent should have an extensive background in various Human Resources functions and have a strong understanding of Singapore’s labour laws.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll administration and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities.
- Perform monthly payroll processing and submission of statutory payments.
- Prepare monthly reports for payroll and statutory payments.
- Prepare and submit annual filings for employee income taxes and tax clearance for foreigner and SPR employees.
- Maintain the Human Resources Management Systems and work with HR team to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
- Create and develop Employee Handbook and HR policies based on best practices and in accordance with labour legislations.
- Assist in Learning & Development activities including Training Needs Analysis and coordinate learning initiatives or training activities for employees.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or payroll in a semiconductor or manufacturing industries.
- Experience in handling high volume of payroll and submission of statutory contributions and leave claims e.g. CPF submission, IRAS Tax Filing, NS make-uppay, Maternity Leave.
- Familiar with the use of Human Resources Management Systems (InfoTech)
- Good knowledge of MOM labour legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team.
